F4S is an educational-tech charity working towards a vision where children and young people are given the best start in life, no matter their background. They connect children and young people with inspirational role models to improve their aspirations, fulfill their potential and prepare them for the rapidly changing world of work. While they promote all different routes and sectors encouraging a future in STEM and digital careers is a strategic focus of the charity.
They prepare young people by promoting, facilitating, and assisting the provision of careers education and advice to young people under the age of 25. By enabling educators and business professionals to equip students with skills and career insights needed to succeed they support our future workforce which will help reduce the UK skills gap. Funded in Scotland by the Scottish Government to help support the realisation of the Developing the Young Workforce strategy they work with partners including Education Scotland to enrich school career inspiration activities.
